From the Blue Mountains and the Hawkesbury comes a boilermaker night that smacks of comradery.
Hopsters and Karu Distillery have prepared a selection of Karu’s spirits to be tasted alongside and blended with beers from breweries that mean a great deal to the Karu story: Gypsy Fox Brewing Co. and Mountain Culture, having collaborated recently on the following big brews:
Violet Rumble – Outkast Rum Barrel-Aged Stout w/ Honeycomb (MOUNTAIN CULTURE x KARU)
Triple Red Ale – Outkast Rum Barrel-Aged Triple Red Ale (GYPSY FOX x KARU)
They will be featured with classics and limited releases from both Gypsy Fox and Mountain Culture – each paired with a spirit from Karu’s award-winning range. These will include (but will not be limited to):
‘Outkast’ Rum, ‘Lighting’ & ‘Affinity’ Gins & ‘Morita’ Chipotle Vodka.
Ticket includes two tasting paddles of 4x150mL tasters of each beer, paired with a 15mL nip and a slice or two of a special Karu and Epic Pizza collab pie.
Prepare your palates, because these boilermakers are bound to perplex!
