Become a Certified Cicerone!
Meeting on fortnightly Tuesday nights, join this study group to push the boundaries of your beer knowledge. Led by previous study group members and trained Cicerones, participants will be responsible for their own self-guided learning outside of meeting hours and will share presenting topics each week for the Certified Cicerone course. In this study group you will gain a comprehensive knowledge of international beer styles, know the ins and outs of brewing from grain to glass, how to recognise and improve on faults and, most importantly, how to pour the perfect beer!
The fee covers all 9 beer tasting sessions, snacks, access to study guides, books and coursework, plus a private Off-Flavour Training Course run by Cicerone Australia worth $55.
Hopsters is the home of Cicerone in Sydney, hosting all Off-Flavour Training Courses and Tasting/Demonstration Exams
